My name is John Ovuson, I have worked in the Film/TV industry for four (4) years as a Compositor. Over the years, I've worked on a number of feature films and TV series including Alex Garland's Civil War (2024), The RIG (2025), True Detective (Night Country), Netflix's 'Sex Education', BBC's 'Doctor Who', etc.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Visual Effects and Motion graphics from the University of South Wales (USW) Cardiff, UK. I developed keen interest in VFX after watching 1999's The Matrix and the ability to digitally combine various elements to a filmed plate has always wowed me. ​

My hobbies include playing/watching football (soccer), listening to and watching music videos, I also enjoy travelling, food, conversing, hiking, and watching blockbusters at the cinema.
